Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2–3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49–₹99 (calculated at checkout)

  • Free Shipping: On PRE PAID orders

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your parcel anytime using the provided link.

Missed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable:

  • They will attempt delivery up to two more times.

  • If the order returns due to non-availability or incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Keep an unboxing video as proof.

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours.
    We will assist immediately.
