At QUIETHUE, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 


 

 

1. Exchange Policy

 


We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.


To be eligible for exchange:

 

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags must be intact

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

 


Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).


Customers are eligible for one exchange per order.

 


 

 

2. Return Policy

 


We accept returns only in the following cases:

 

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

 


You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims).


If approved, a full refund will be processed.

 


 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 


The following are not eligible for return:

 

  • Items purchased during sale or special drops

  • Used or washed products

  • Minor thread variations (not considered defects)

 

 


 

 

4. Refund Process

 


For prepaid orders:

 

  • Refund will be processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.

 


For Cash on Delivery (COD):

 

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after product inspection.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

 


Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 


 

 

5. Exchange Process

  2. Mention Order ID and reason

  3. Share product photos 

  4. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours

 


Once approved, replacement will be dispatched after product passes quality check.

 


 

 

6. Important Notes

 

 

  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your location.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship.

  • QUIETHUE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
